I’m a writer focused on women’s health, with a particular interest in perimenopause, reproductive health, and hormonal change.
Some of my writing comes from lived experience. Some comes from listening to other women, reading widely, and tracing patterns in how women’s health is understood and often misunderstood.
I created this space because women’s bodies are often explained in ways that feel incomplete, confusing, or disconnected from real life. My aim is to make these topics clearer: what is happening in the body, what it might mean, and what questions are worth asking.
